Shore Points Amateur Radio Club 
Minutes of the meeting held December 17, 2015 at the Brigantine Community Center 
 
 
 
The meeting commenced at 7:36 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance and introductions, with club president Rick Hitchen presiding. Eight voting members, and one life member were present. 
 
The minutes of the previous meeting, held on November 19, 2015, were read by the club secretary, Dave Holmes. Rick motioned to accept the minutes,  Marv Tyndall seconded and the motion passed. 
 
Club Treasurer, Bob Webb read the financial report for November. There was a complete accounting of all of the club's financial assets in the amount of $1,197.86. Rick motioned to accept the report, Dave Holmes seconded and the motion passed unanimously. 
 
Repeater Report: Gary Paul reported that the Atlantic County Cooper Hospital CERN D-
Star repeater stack is back on the air at the WFPG tower in Atlantic City on 444.65625 MHz with the call sign KC2TGB. Yaesu will be releasing firmware updates for our repeaters and Gary will determine at that time if they would be of any benefit to us. 
 
Foxhunt: SCARA will be holding a Foxhunt after the first of the year. 
 
Elections for the officers for the 2016 calendar year and directors for three year terms for 2016 through 2018 were held with all nominees running uncontested. One vote was entered by the secretary for each candidate as follows: 
President: Rick Hitchen 
Vice President: Bob McFadden 
Treasurer: Bob Webb 
Secretary: Dave Holmes 
Two Directors Positions: Art Masker and Rob Grachola 
  
The meeting was adjourned at 8:16 PM. Immediately following the meeting a 50/50 drawing was held. The winning ticket which was held by Dave and the club netted $16.00.
